Flow and Roll will teach you to put the power of self-massage in your own hands using therapy balls to release your myofascia from head to toe. This one hour class is the optimal combination of workout and relaxation. The first half of class builds heat through core strengthening and a light-hearted vinyasa flow while the second half of class focuses on lengthening and releasing the muscles through deep stretch and therapy ball techniques. You will feel better in your body and improve your performance on and off the yoga mat. No yoga experience necessary and therapy balls provided.

Stretch and Strengthen is a slower, gentle introduction back to fitness and yoga. You will increase basic body awareness, work on fluid flexibility, while fusing mind and body. The first phase employs the core-strengthening aspects of standing and seated poses to improve balance and flexibility. The strengthening aspect that will sculpt both the lower and upper body muscle groups. The second phase refocuses your mind and energy towards elongation and breath. Suitable for all levels.
A challenging 60 minute vinyasa flow in a moderately heated room incorporating YASA Yoga's signature core movements and fun music. Students will leave the class feeling balanced, strong and blissful. Suitable for Intermediate and Advanced Students.
Enjoy a 45 minutes YASA-style flow, balanced by 15 minutes of Yin Yoga. Yang will heat up the muscles, blood and skin creating fire, sweat and energy. During the Yin portion of the class, students will explore longer holds, fewer poses working with the ligaments, bones, joints to calm, relax, and restore the balance of the yang practice.
