YASA DEEP STRETCH
A relaxing class where students will explore subtle body energy through a sequence of floor postures. The poses are held for longer, sometimes supported by props and help to improve flexibility and relax the mind. Deep stretch is the perfect balance to an active yang practice.
A soothing blend of breath work, stretching, strengthening and relaxation for the mother to be. This class helps mothers to be maintain strength and flexibility throughout pregnancy, prepare for labor and ensure a strong transition into post natal practice.
