Applying core strength and sensitivity, students will explore arm balances and inversions with a sense of playfulness and freedom. ROOTS VINYASA

Flourish into your physical potential by grounding down through steadiness only to awaken your energetic power during this uplifting Vinyasa flow class with musical styles such as Reggae, Hip Hop, Rock, and Electronica.

Vinyasa is the movement of the body and breath together in order to balance the nervous system and bring about mental tranquility.

Exhilaration can be experienced by blending an intelligent physical practice with enriching music. Building blocks and principals for grasping deeper awareness of your body will be presented to help students attain steadiness and comfort within posture. It is only a matter of time before the determination of fearless practice will yield its fruits.

This Master class will offer creative standing flows, floor flows, and cooling down practice intelligently designed and orchestrated with your body in mind!

This unbelievably fun class will leave you feeling chill and alive!

FEAR-LESS FLYING: Hips + Arm Balances
Saturday, February 20 -- 1:30 - 4:00 pm

Energy can be dense and energy can be light. Burning up and opening the hips can bring a sense of freedom that will translate into lightness. We need to develop a proficient balance of strength and flexibility, as well as have a clear understanding of engaging and weight distribution to balance on the arms.

A detailed discussion of Chaturanga Dandasana (Four Limbed Staff Pose) will reveal the proper foundation for fearless determination in practice and the eventual blossoming of powerful arm-balancing.

Come play! There will be something for everyone, whether you are beginner or long-standing practitioner.

SPACED OUT: Inversions + Backbends
Sunday, February 21 -- 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

Discover real freedom that comes from feeling expanded in your body. When you feel spacious your mind is at ease, the body is balanced and the whole system is stronger and more stable. Backbends inject you with life. The deep breathing necessary for back-bending brings a wide-awake alertness and open quality throughout the chest and shoulders. A feeling of lightness and fullness descends. That lightness is offered up through inversion! We will break down the essence of going upside down from the ground up!
