We will look at alignment in key blueprint poses and learn how to adjust poses safely through verbal and physical adjustments. Whether you are a teacher or a student who wishes to refine your postures, this is a great workshop for you.

Interested in learning more about how to balance on your hands? We will first dive deep into poses that build strength and flexibility and then apply that balance to arm balances. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or simply want to learn more, this workshop is for you. Experience the joy and balance that inversions can offer!
Student Intensive Fri. 8/25/17 - Sun. 8/27/17
This program is designed for yoga students looking to dive deeper into the path of yoga. Over the course of 20 hours, students will have an opportunity to explore the practice of yoga and develop the foundation for building an individual practice. We will take an in depth look at fundamental yoga postures and learn proper alignment as well as variations and modifications. We also explore an introduction to pranayama, Sanskrit language and philosophy. Total of 3 sessions
