So while many students come to the mat looking for a physical workout, they leave with much more – a true work in. YASA Basics classes will provide you with a strong foundation to learn the fundamental yoga poses, develop a connection with your breath and ultimately, move with your breath. Yoga 101 workshops will help you prepare to take an upcoming class as well as further your knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga.
